Once I'm set up as a dealer, how long does it take to receive the furniture that I have ordered? On casegoods, it is our intent to have 100% in stock. Unfortunately, it is impossible due to the fact that all of our casegoods are imported. On average we stay around 85% in stock. On our custom upholstery, we have to check stock on the frame as well as the fabric. If all is in stock then we should be able to deliver in 4 weeks, but a good average lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. You mentioned custom upholstery. Do you do C.O.M.? Yes we do. We price C.O.M. out at grade C.
