Once I'm set up as a dealer, how long does it take to receive the furniture that I have ordered?
On casegoods, it is our intent to have 100% in stock. Unfortunately, it is impossible due to the fact that all of our casegoods are imported. On average we stay around 85% in stock. On our custom upholstery, we have to check stock on the frame as well as the fabric. If all is in stock then we should be able to deliver in 4 weeks, but a good average lead time is 4 to 6 weeks.
You mentioned custom upholstery. Do you do C.O.M.?
Yes we do. We price C.O.M. out at grade C. Please call us so we can give you the yardage requirements and any other instructions that C.O.M. would require.
